Dear Sir or Madame,
I have ordered several small packages of jewelry from you; two of which have arrived and several which are on the way to Israel.
Although I have been generally pleased with your service and with the merchandise, I am unfortunately compelled to return everything. This is due to the fact that the international shipping company DHL Express, which you choose to ship with, has been handling their shipments to Israel in a very unsettling manner. They are charging me an exorbitant fee, more than the cost of the actual merchandise, which they claim is the fee for checking the contents of my packages. This is actually illegal!
Any shipment from abroad which is worth less than $75 is entitled to arrive without any extra fees or handling charges. In fact, items of this small value do not need any checking at all! If this company wants to randomly open packages on their own whim then customers should not have to pay for this absurdity!
I hear that lately there have been many complaints from unsatisfied customers due to this problem. I suggest you work things out with DHL or use another shipping company.
In the meantime, I am returning the two packages which have arrived (DHL is sending them back) and please do not send me any more packages which haven’t shipped yet.
I expect full reimbursement for everything.
I hope things will change in the near future and I will be able to purchase merchandise on your site conveniently and hassle-free.
